SUMMARY:Matariki mid-winter long weekend caving
DESCRIPTION:Three days of action on the long weekend. The plan is to get lots of people so that we can run a couple of informal trips each day. I’ll get permission for some caves ahead of the weekend. I also have a backlog of cave surveying and prospecting projects\, so if anyone wants a change\, we have that as an option one day. \nSaturday night will be a pot luck dinner. Everyone brings one dish that is big enough to feed them (or their mini-group) and then we have a smorgasbord of deliciousness to share. Let me know what you think you’ll bring and I’ll warn you if we think we’ll drown in a sea of salads. This is an unlikely\, but highly dangerous scenario.
