DESCRIPTION:This month’s social we’re going to do a bit more urban caving\, this time two classic Auckland lava caves: The Cave of 1000 Pressups and Kitenui.\n\nWe’ll meet at 8 Wheturangi at 7. Come around back and meet us on the deck for some drinks and nibbles and catching up – bring your snacks\, refreshments\, and fuel of choice.\n\nAt about 7:30 we’ll walk over to 1000 Pressups. After everyone’s had a chance to crawl around\, we’ll drive on over to Kitenui ave to do it all again!\n\nThe first cave lives up to its name – expect to do some pressups. Kitenui is a bit more relaxed.\n\nNeither cave is terribly large\, but expect some mud and grime and equip yourself appropriately\, and of course bring helmets and torches!
